Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ashalee.ca with proof (e.g., photos).

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Digital Products

All digital products (including e-books and downloadable journals) are non-refundable once delivered.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital downloads

  • Items not in original condition (if applicable to a claim)

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.
